For nine months, I worked closely with VICE's product team to migrate nearly a dozen verticals from their own content management systems (CMS) to VICE's in-house created CMS. With each vertical's CMS being unique, we delivered 1-2 verticals per month. I spearheaded the migration, managing developers based in Vienna via Jira and Confluence, working with key editorial stakeholders, and overseeing a team of spot checkers to help identify issues.
