I partnered with VICE’s information systems department and multiple consulting firms to implement NetSuite, an ERP system, for all of VICE, including gathering requirements, overseeing development, testing the system and its integrations with Workday, Salesforce and Concur, and training stakeholders around the world (the above screenshot is from a training video we produced). NetSuite is now VICE's core system for accounting, finance, PM’s and department heads.
