• System Incompatibility: Item name misalignment made it impossible to upload budgets directly into the NetSuite ERP.

• Currency Limitations: The legacy spreadsheets could not support multiple currencies or dynamic buffer rates for exchange fluctuations.

Solution: I consolidated the fragmented budgeting process into a single, high-performance Google Sheets infrastructure.

• Unified Template Engine: Replaced 5+ disparate files with a single, consolidated master template, significantly reducing maintenance time.

• ERP Integration: Mapped NetSuite item and worker data directly to the templates to enable seamless, one-click uploads to the ERP.

• Global Functionality: Built-in multi-currency support and automated exchange rate buffers to ensure financial precision for international clients.
