Solution: I implemented a robust Resourcing and Utilization framework within NetSuite and Domo to drive data-driven staffing.
Automated BI Dashboards: Built dynamic utilization reports in Domo that update monthly to show real-time efficiency by department and individual.
System Enforcement: Reconfigured NetSuite to restrict time entry only to projects where a user has been formally allocated.
Predictive Resourcing: Provided leadership with clear visibility into current staff bandwidth, allowing for more strategic and proactive project staffing.
